  1. Hi , I'm somewhat new to your site. Good job ‼️ I was on keto about 10 years ago.with success. There's so much more that you can do now.. When you read a label for Carbs, there's grams and % . When you subtract the Fiber which number do you use? The grams or the %❓
    The DAIKON RADISH is great for soups and stews in place of potatoes . I haven't tried it for fries . πŸ’œπŸŒΉπŸ’œ
