I received several more from you guys, let me know if you are interested in seeing more. These are absolutely some of the best soups for this cold season. I love soup on a chilly day. What’s included in this Favorite Soups video: Tortellini Soup (Recipe Below) Susan’s Ground Beef and Barley (recipe below) Sausage and Potato Soup ( Tortellini Soup: 1 lb Italian Sausage 1 diced yellow onion 2 peeled and thinly sliced carrots 2 minced garlic cloves 1 TBSP Italian seasoning 2 TBSP flour 6 Cups Chicken Broth 1 Pk Cheese Tortellini 1 cup Cream 6 cups baby spinach s/p to taste *Cook sausage over medium heat.Add onion and carrots and cook until soft.Add garlic and Italian Seasoning and cook 1 min.Add flour and cook 30 seconds.Add broth and bring to a boil.Add tortellini and cream and cook until al dente.Add in spinach and let wilt.Season with S/P as needed.Serve with crusty bread.Susan’s Beef and Barley Soup: 1½ lbs lean ground beef 1 small white onion, diced 3 stalks celery, diced small 1 large carrot, diced small 4 cloves garlic, finely diced or crushed 2 boxes beef stock 1 28 oz crushed tomatoes 2 bay leaves 1 cup Quick Cooking Barley Salt and pepper to taste Cr Push red pepper flakes if desired 1. Brown ground beef in a large pot. Salt and pepper beef. Drain. 2. Add onions, celery, carrots, garlic to the hot beef in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium low heat to soften the vegetables. 3. Add 2 boxes of beef stock, the entire can of crushed tomatoes and bay leaves. Add red pepper flakes if desired. 4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes on low. 5. Add barley. Continue to simmer soup for 12 minutes. 6. Taste for seasoning and adjusting. 7. Remove bay leaves and discard. 8. Soup/stew is ready. Enjoy! You need to get the Green Pan slow cooker! You can sauté and brown all in the slow cooker so no extra dishes. I love mine so much
