Btw- Chicken thighs and legs need to be at 175f. The white meat is 165f
I mean 165 isn’t going to kill you but the dark meat can take longer heating and remain juicy
Dave, the way you you hit the garlic to get the skins off…do that again to the the naked garlic cloves to SMASH the garlic. Then chop that. Makes for minced garlic, not chopped. You really have improved since your first several recipes. I reaaaaally thank the person that sent the wooden spoon!!! Lol.
