  1. I've recently listened to an NPR podcast called "Life Kit" and an episode called "how to rethink what you spend your time and life doing" really spoke to me. It essentially touched upon up choosing to do more nourishing things that fulfill our life and acknowledging that sometimes have to prioritize other things over actions such as (clean living space, intense workout, etc). Makes me feel less bad when I know I'm dedicating my time to things I find bring me more value instead of just being a gym rat.
