  1. I cycle in and out depending on my training, I never was a butter chugger, or in to drinking bacon grease.
    Just ate, stuff like salmon, avocados, and nuts. I use milk, rice and potatoes, fruits, as my carb sources.
    That said, big fan of keto done correctly, definitely will get that hba1c down

  2. I went more carnivore because I was lured into the whole cookies-crackers-junk food substitute thing and I didn't feel like I was making progress. Carnivore is super easy. Eat meat, and if you don't feel like eating meat, you're not really hungry. Really helps recognize the triggers and reject snacking.

  3. I’m a 58 year old woman and I am never going back to the way I used to eat. Do I have cheat meals? YES!!! They are seldom though. I have always loved to bake and I now bake all my own yeast buns, wraps, pita rounds and even have come up with my own cake mix with lupin flour. My family/Friends all tell me my keto breads and desserts do NOT taste sugar free/low carb. I make all my own stuff so I know what is in it and know it’s healthy and truly LOW carb…….oh, and for those who have had bad luck with lupin flour, I don’t know what to say, except my lupin flour baked goods are AMAZING and there is no aftertaste. SOOOO much better than using almond flour for everything!!

  4. How about just doing a moderate diet not extremes. Best advice would be just do you as you alone know your body best. Stop putting junk in, go organic naturally based and eat as clean as you are able to deleting all processed foods. One size does not fit all. Just do your best.😊

  5. We're fed up listening to muscle heads with no scientific training lecturing about something they don't know anything about but think they do

    Just because diabetics can't handle carbs doesn't mean everyone else has to give them up as long as they are not refined carbohydrates you can eat them as people have done for centuries without harm. It's processed foods that do the harm.

    Italians have the best diet and they eat pasta. The Japanese eat rice and that hasn't harmed them.

    If you give up on fruit and vegetables you are a brainwashed cretin. That can't be healthy. You need the vitamins and my minerals they give you especially fibre

  6. I quit Keto after 5 years, now full carnivore. 42 days and never going back. Keto was good but carnivore is better. I find carnivore more free, not restrictive at all. Normally, it's all mindset but with carnivore it is actually freedom. And my body and brain loves it.
