1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup jaggery powder
2 eggs ( can be substituted with flax eggs)
1 +1/3 cup whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Hi shivesh ive made these biscotti..t he 2nd time ..it has mixed nuts like almonds pistachio pumpkins chia walnuts hazel nuts raisins black n brown .. everything went perfect n for they taste heavenly .. except that it has a bit of bitter flavour am i right or wrong there is sometying m not doing right ..plz write back

  2. Can you make some yeast bread with whole wheat? I am trying since many days but the top of the bread is always hard and it's dense and uncooked from inside.
    If you post one it will be fool proof and can blindly follow it.
    Generally I try with small portions while trying new recipes. I don't need to make trials with your recipes. I am so confident that it comes out perfect.
