Welcome to sheetal’s Kitchen! Today we will show you to make dosa using wheat flour. It is a diabetic friendly breakfast recipe. Quick and easy to prepare .

Wheat Dosa
*************
Wheat flour 1 cup
Butter milk 1cup
Water 2 cups
Finely chopped onion 1
Finely chopped green chillies 3
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Grated ginger 1 tbsp
Cumin/Jeera 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 1 spig
Oil 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Butter / ghee to roast dosa

Serve hot with ginger/coconut chutney
