I would say 80% of the meals we each week include at least one of these ingredients. There are just SO many ways to use them, especially if you are pairing them with pantry and freezer staples (which I will share soon!).

Hello , I love your videos 😊thank you very much, 🌹
Love this video. Yes, please make more! Would also love to know your go to’s when eating out. What you look for.
Wow this was so informative and helpful!! Great video.
I love this video! I just discovered you today and I've watched 3 videos so far!!! Thank you.
This is so easy and fabulous! Thank you!
Hi Dani! I was looking up some videos on emotional eating as it’s been rough lately. I am disabled so I struggle to eat clean and healthy as I am not able to really stand and cook. Stumbling onto your channel is literally the best thing that has happened to me this year!! I only wish I had found it sooner! I’ve already been on your website saving recipes, taking note of your tips, watching a ton of your videos, and reading your history. You are amazing!!! I have tried all the diets out there, and due to my health I am on a lot of meds that cause weight gain so weight loss, especially with three back surgeries, has been a struggle. I love how your focus is on clean eating with whole ingredients and that your recipes aren’t super complicated. I can’t count the number of diet and recipe books I own but they’re overwhelming. I have always liked to bake, but more of a novice at cooking, but with your ideas and options I think I could manage some of these. Thank you thank you!! ❤🎉
😮😮 I’m hungry
Just found you! Great video! I'll be sticking around for more 😉 Hopefully, there's something for single guys that work a lot!?
Agree! It is so worth having veggies cut and in the fridge.
I also cook a large pot of rice and freeze for stir frying. Onions, egg are cooked when it's mealtime, frozen peas added too. Perhaps add chicken, seasoned beef or just keep it all veggies. I precook pasta, store and microwave for meals.
I always have frozen shrimp on hand to add to pasta, or a salad.
BEANS……….whether canned or precooked in
the slow cooker…..great to freeze and defrost as needed. *Any canned items are rinsed or buy low sodium.
Winter meals always includes soup from scratch, and make enough to freeze.
Nothing better than to have partial meal prep done!
Just bought a new fridge and guess what I wanted to see? What Dani has in hers:)))))
You shouldn’t put strawberries, tomatoes or eggs in the fridge it kills the good enzymes
I love her!!!🥰
Much of this food is not good for people with interstitial cystitis unfortunately.
Hi dear! Plz tell me should we use low fat dairy or full fat? I use low fat yogurt n milk but I heard that it is not as healthy and nutritious as natural full fat form.
What GF yogurt would you recommend that is non dairy?
