Down to earth veganism with Paul & Jason. We’re a married couple from Manchester who love to share our passion for vegan living with recipes, reviews, chats, fitness, fun and the odd appearance of our cat Isis. We also chat about mental health and more in kitchem vlogs.

We’d love a like and a subscribe, of course.

Thanks so much for taking a look.

  1. I always drool seeing the veg n mash, wish that Bistro onion gravy was cheap to import to the US, it looks so flavorful! One of these days I'll remember to make myself a version with onion broth paste and maybe soy sauce for umami. I bet mashed cauliflower would taste great while I'm cutting the carbs. 😋 enjoy another week, TVG and Friends!

  2. You seem to have a bank holiday every week, LOL! Jelly and seriously thinking of moving to the UK. The meals look delicious, especially that Lounges variation you've made before–it looks like fancy Persian restaurant food–and your veg and gravy plate. Thanks for posting!

  3. It might be the Irish in me but Aldi now do frozen no pork battered sausages that are 👌🏻 first time actually in all these years that I went to Aldi & actually left with something 🙀 only 5 EUR for THREE boxes & then when I hoped across to M&S I ended up spending 13 EUR on three products! The difference is hilarious 😹😹😹
