I’m 14 and I’m a few stone over weight. I’ve always been overweight and insecure but no matter what I do I can’t lose weight. I went through a bad stage at school with starving myself and I’ve never really had a healthy relationship with food. Thank you for giving me so many tips and tricks to figure out how to lose weight ♥️

A healthy diet for all those people who don't have avocado or exclusive fruits and nuts available in their region or simply can't afford it.
Breakfast- oatmeal with fruits or a fruit smootie + green tea
Lunch – Vegetable broth for 4 days a week and lean protein like white of an egg with veggies / chicken broth with veggies for rest three days of the week.
Snacks- 2types of fruites with yogurt, baby spinach and honey. (Tip – You can alternatively switch them for breakfast and snacks)
Dinner – oatmeal or tortillas with salad serving.
I lost 2pounds in 3 days by following this diet. Please tell me if it helps you too!

am i the only one who struggles bc literally every healthy meal plan on youtube includes avocados?? i used to eat avocados A LOT bc i loved the taste but now i’m allergic to them (and no it’s not a latex allergy) :”). I love being healthy and looking up new healthy meals to make but i just struggle so much bc of avocados!!! so my question is this, what can replace the avocados to give me some healthy fats? for example if i made the wrap recipe, what can i use instead of avocados??
It would be really nice if u include the time that u actually having your meal, becuase sometimes im wondering if bevause we eat 400cal dinnner, then is it still okay to have dinner late at night around 9/10 ? So i would like to recommend to put the time whenever u make a what i eat in a day video.thankyou 😉

I used to count my calories, but with my raging anxiety, adhd, and other past experiences with eating I got a little to obsessive and I wasn’t eating enough, so I quite, but that doesn’t mean I’m still not eating ridiculously healthy! Watching your incredible videos are so helpful because your recipes are so unique and delicious. Now I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks that are all made from whole, healthy foods,and loving it!
