  1. I just found your video I was especially looking for flour keto tortillas. I loved everything you explained about keto diet , I don’t know much but I’m watching my sugar and all that other fun stuff for diabetes diet plan. I am a newbie at this. I want to make a suggestion on the cactus when you cook them you can also omit boiling them in water and just sweat them in a dry pan (believe me it works) at a very low heat, covered and you obtain the same results without draining the good stuff out of them like nutrients. I like to add a little bit of feathered sliced onions and garlic of course and they’re delish! Thank you for sharing your recipes I’m a new subscriber and enjoy watching your tips. Nancy ♥️🌹♥️

  2. You know… Being Hispanic and growing up on rice, beans and flour tortillas… Being on keto can kinda stink =( i especially miss them when they're hot off the pan, smeared with butter and sprinkled with salt 😭
    But if I want a flour tortilla, I just go ahead and eat a real one and watch my meals the rest of the day, thank you for this recipe tho., I will give it a try ❤

  3. Daniela, the tortilla recipe you used called for 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar. Did I miss where you added it or was there a reason you didn’t add it? I am making them later today and just wanted to make sure. I don’t have a tortilla press either but I’m going to try rolling them out . Love all of your recipes!

  4. That was great! Yes def spend the money and get the tortillas press. Once you have it…it will have you thinking how did you ever live without it! I make keto crackers/tortilla chips in the oven and it’s crazy how fast you can make them and I press and then turn 180 and press again for an evenly thin for the crispiest chips…very filling! My metal press was from Amazon and don’t get plastic!
