  1. Hey Derek and Crystal. Love your videos! Great adventures and love that you are just yourselves! Also love your simple foods and your taste testing! I get alot of good ideas from watching your vids and appreciate your positivity! Hot weather cold foods are appreciated right now and more of those would be great. In S. Oregon we are supposed to be up to 113 F today, and are under a fire watch, since there is a huge fire just over the border of Oregon into California. Made a huge fruit salad in case we had to evacuate and a zucchini type bread with veggies, fruit, berries, bananas, oats, nuts and hemp seed mix, and no sweeteners except for some chocolate chips. Pretty yummy, and easy to take with if need be. Have a great day and thanks for another fun video!

  2. Please don’t change anything you do! Your videos bring my mom and I together once a week and we usually cook one or two meals from these videos. Your personality has helped both my mother and I overcome our depression and get control of our overall health. Maybe you don’t realize how special your videos are, but I’m pretty sure they’re why I survived the pandemic. I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done for me and my family.

  5. Salt Spring here. Went to the beach/park where you live yesterday (for the 5 year old) saw that grassy hill and thought, I knew that was the hill, obv. Grew up on the island. 57 now. Your recipes are inspiring. Sometimes I watch without sound. River swimming is my favourite. Not into the muscles though lol. Named our puppy River – golden retriever. You guys ooze the charm indicative of your community. Your energy and health in your videos comes across as being very honest. Any suggestions for those days when you’re sick of constantly cooking from scratch super healthy food? 🧚‍♂️👸🏼🐝 I would say use what you have with imagination, but do you have any other ideas?
