RECIPES

PEAR OATS
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1 3/4 cups water or plant based milk of choice
pinch of salt
2 red crimson pears or apple
1-2 tbsp walnuts or pecan
1/2 tsp cinnamon

FARRO SALAD
1/2 cup cooks farro
1/2 large onion
1 japanese sweet potato or other yam
1-2 cups kale
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt + pepper to taste
salad dressing of choice

GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 red crimson pear
1 apple
2 tbsp hempseeds
1 cup water
1 cup kale or greens of choice
1 tsp chlorella powder
2 frozen bananas

CHOCO PB BANANA OATS W/ DATE PASTE
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1 3/4 cups water or plant based milk of choice
pinch of salt
1.5 tsp cacao powder
2 tsp date paste
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp sacha hincha powder (optional)
pumpkin seeds
cinnamon
nutmeg
maple syrup

DATE PASTE
15-20 dates
add water until desired consistency is reached

  1. Your dishes look so amazing!!! I just wish I had time to cook the way you cook your meals! Working everyday makes it harder for me to cook like this. You should start a meal prep business or something for people like me lol. Like send us the meals already prepped. Wishful thinking 🤔!!! Lol
