hey michelle! love this video. i was wondering if you would think about doing a meatfree or plant based day a week – meat and dairy are incredibly harmful for the planet and even one day a week without it is beneficial! i realise you didnt eat meat every meal every day, but a conscious effort to do so keeps people thinking about it! anyway, just an idea. love and light 🌿

I was diagnosed with anorexia and bulimia when I turned 14. Watching you eat and being so free made me motivated to have food freedom. I used to not be able to eat even one meal but now I eat consistently. This year I got accepted to Fordham and I can proudly say that I'm now 2 years free of anorexia and bulimia and see exercise as a way to keep myself healthy and not because I ate more than 500 calories. So thank you
