  1. Just to be clear for the ones that think it’s EASY to build muscle and look muscular. It’s ABSOLUTELY not. And to do that you have to eat enough protein everyday AND progressively overload the muscles over TIME. So don’t be afraid you won’t look muscular without planning, time and effort. It’s to much false information out there it’s wild 😅

  2. Really honest feedback on this video: I cherish your way of life and really love your content but I don‘t like this video especially when compared to your other what I eat in a week video. For me personally it‘s too much talking and too little really showing us your food and meals longer than just 2 secs. I don‘t wanna sound mean, but I don‘t feel like you were passionate enough for this video. Still support you girl, don’t get me wrong. I just don’t think that this is a good video. XO, B

Hi Sami, thanks for this video!🫶🏻 As a girl recovering from anorexia I find it sometimes hard to watch these kind of videos, but you are just showing us that eating and snacking is natural and nothing to be ashamed of❤️🌞thanks for inspiration.
