  2. Amazing way to use red cabbage is oven baked ! I find out this around 3 years ago, I dont know how I miss in YEARS. Just cut it like a wheel (like cauliflower steak ), season it herbs and balsamic. they CARAMELIZED in the oven omg. You dont even need any seasoning but it's leveled up the finished product. Also pickling is good way to use it. x x
