    I hate to be ‘that’ girl, but that salmon filet you pulled out towards the end of the vlog was beautiful! Do you get the Atlantic salmon filets from Whole Foods, or is it the sockeye salmon? I need more of this fish in my life!

  4. hiii I just wanted to say that I LOVE your videos and wanted to ask u if you could make a video of what you eat in a week of having your period cuz I tend to get bloated a LOT and idk maybe its the food that causing it sooo yeah would be really helpful 💓

  5. Do you focus more on fats than carbs/protein? My cholesterol is too high but I love fats… I just had to cut out eggs and replace with tofu because of the amount of cholesterol in eggs :/ I also find I eat too much protein (100-126)& don’t know if that’s good or bad
