  1. Thank you so much Linda. Watching your videos helped me through my journey on my eating disorder. I was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa when I was 11 years old and it has been very hard for me. I would purge a lot, restrict, do excessive exercising, and have many break downs. I’m 13 years old now and I have been doing better on my journey. Your videos made me very inspired to get better soon!! 💗💕

  2. 11:38 I've always found that when I eat something unsatisfying, I will wander into the kitchen and eat EVERYTHING to satiate myself. So the whole "abs are made in the kitchen" bit is not for me at all. I am more likely to not binge eat if the meal I made for myself satisfies me in that moment. I want to be a more intuitive eater, mostly by making sure my meals are balanced; however, I am, unfortunately, a picky eater. Vegetables are something I cannot stand, despite how they are cooked and/or seasoned. So I am trying to find a decent medium so I can feel happy about the meals I make.

  3. It's so repetitive. At some point I liked her vids, started following her from the very first ones, but I feel like she's stuck in an endless loop of pretending to be happy trying to maintain a facade then back to negative talk. Obviously she can't be happy all the time but the fact that her content is mainly focused on her body doesn't help her to move on from her ED habits. Perhaps trying to do more diverse types of things would be better both to give a boost to her channel and Linda herself.

  4. So true! I went on holiday a few years ago and spent my whole time in a bikini – I was the happiest and freest I've ever been and it was the best time of my life. Now, a few years later following eating issues and body image problems, I'm wanting to get back to that girl. She wasn't as 'skinny' as I am now but she was a lot happier and I've realised that's much more valuable. Thankyou Linda! :))

  5. Love your work girl! This looks great and tasty. However, in order for this plan to work for someone trying to lose fat, portion sizes should be precisely measured to make sure caloric deficit is created. There are many online tools that can help you with this. I remember using Next Level Diet when I started my weight loss journey and made some solid progress, but more importantly I adopted healthy eating habits. Cheers!

  6. Linda you cannot imagine how much you help me with your videos. You are an empowered woman showing other empowered women how to believe they are empowered. You always touch my heart and I feel so related to everything you say. I wish we could be irl friends and just chatting about our lifes, but I am happy that at least I found your channel 🙂 lots of love

  7. does anyone go back a few minutes just to re-watch parts of the video because of how much beautiful information linda provides us with! The text on the screen plus the inspiring voiceovers are just too much for my brain to comprehend and unlearn all the toxic messages it's been listening to over the years all in one go! love you linda x
