I’ve been following you and must thank you. As an orthodox Christian I just completed the great lent for Easter which doesn’t allow any meat or dairy for 40’days. If anyone has ever listened to Dr. Sebi teachings he teaches us that protein comes from plants. So any plant you eat is pure protein. They also proved this in what the health. Animals only give people secondary protein. Plants give it to you directly. More lies we've been force fed. Remember to always follow the money and you'll find the real truth.
