Hey guys! Today I’m sharing with you the weight loss meal plan that I used to lose weight (40 Lbs)! I’ve created this meal plan for women based on what I ate daily to lose weight, and I’ve specifically used meals and recipes that I think a lot of people will like. These recipes are very simple, quick and easy to make – while still being healthy, filling and well balanced.

This meal plan is based on 1400 calories (for an average woman to lose weight), but you can easily adapt this eating plan to suit your calorie needs – I’ll show you at the end of the video how you can easily adapt it between 1200-1600 to 1800 calories to suit your personal calorie needs.

Remember that health should always come first!

  1. Hey you guys! I hope you enjoy the video today – my 3rd weight loss meal plan video/ based on what I ate daily to lose weight. I just want to apologize for the fact that some of you have had issues accessing my blog and website. Have been having some major issues with it – but this week it is busy moving to a brand new server of it's own, and so there shouldn't be issues after this.   2. So I’m not even 2min into the video and you have me confused. As someone who has Celiac Disease and can’t have anything gluten containing, gluten is found in wheat, barely & rye so I’m confused as to how you can tolerate the rye if you have a gluten intolerance? I’m not trying to sound negative in any way, I genuinely want to understand.

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tested every fat reduction system that was available, however in the end not one of them helped me to reduce and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets mainly because my friend who told me amazing things about it and so far to date I've effectively dropped 15 lbs in 3 weeks!
