My Twisted Pad Thai Recipe (from my app)
Sauce:
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sambal olek
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp ginger
4 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter

For the tofu:
200g firm tofu (crumble)
2 scallions
3 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
1 cup bean sprouts (I used broccoli)
180g (dry) rice noodles (cook separately)
