Here’s another what I eat in a day as a vegan vlog, full of super easy, quick but healthy plant based recipes you can try at home that won’t cause you loads of washing up! I’m super lazy and hate doing the dishes so I love one pot meals!

  1. Hi guys! I totally forgot to put the recipes in the description – so here they are: 

    Green Smoothie: 
    * 1 Banana
    * 1/2 cup blueberries
    * handful of strawberries
    * 1 cup fresh spinach
    * 2 cups of plant based milk
    * 1tbsp super greens powder

    Guacamole loaded toast Recipe:
    * 2 cloves Garlic
    * 8 baby plum tomatoes
    * 1 Avocado
    * 1tsp chipotle sauce
    * 1 Lime – Juiced
    * Chilli flakes, dry herbs to taste 
    * 1-2 pieces of wholemeal bread, toasted

    One pot vegan Saag Aloo Recipe:
    * 500 g potatoes – chopped into cubes
    * 1 onion – chopped
    * 3/4 garlic cloves
    * 1 inch ginger – grated
    * 1 tbsp tomato pesto / tomato paste
    * 1 tsp ground coriander
    * 2 tsp cumin seeds
    * 250 g spinach
    * 2 tbsp oil
    * 1 tsp salt

Your back 🤗,I honestly love you and your sisters videos so much, I have recently got into focusing on my gut health and healing my body as I have recently got out of a really restricted mindset on food and watching your and your sisters videos on about not counting calories but consuming food for its nourishment honestly saved me (and it’s given me the best abs 🤭😏) Thank u 🫀🤗
