  1. Are you insane! Raw foods are over ridden with anti nutrients!!!!!! This is why our ancestors cooked the hell out of vegetables and only ate low carb fruits during the summer. I don't know who told you that this is a healthy way of eating but if you continue in ten years your entire microbiome will be destroyed and you will get holes in your intestines from the poison you are eating.

  2. Cute and all but for real the cutting and peeling can wear you out. I've done it a few times and you do feel better and less stressed about eating it's just time consuming cutting up fruits and veggies for the juicer. Agreed drinking your veggies are better. It takes a minute for your skin to really be clear and glowing. The only thing that happens overnight are the pooping and peeing. Face full of makeup let's see the glowing skin girl.
