30-Minute Garden Veggie Soup Dinner Recipe 🪴
1 small butternut squash
4 small leeks
1 sweet onion
4 cloves of garlic
3 carrots
1 small gold potato
chop all veggies and add into deep dish pan with 2-3 tbs of ghee. saute for 5 minutes then add garlic, salt and pepper. add 1/2 tsp of thyme, 1/4 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion salt. add 5 cups of bone broth (i get mine at costco or homemade is amazing!) bring everything to a boil then add chicken tenderlions (or breast or thighs) and immediatly cover and lower heat for 30 mins. remove chicken and shred then add it back into the soup and top with parmigiano reggiano! delicious!

  4. Your words are so beautiful Cambria. Thank you for bringing up how our body really is so interconnected to nature. For me, I have gone through anxiety too. I’ve felt on edge.. I still do sometimes have triggers but I’ve gotten a lot better and I feel so happy. I ve felt a lot better since I started focusing on my health like the food I was consuming, how I spent my time, my thoughts, going outside calms me down, etc. We really are so interconnected.

  6. What do you suggest for those who can't afford the, what looks like, thousands of dollars you spend on food? Like what would be the top most important ingredients must get ingredients you recommend if can't get all the stuff you mention in your food videos? 🙂

    On a personal note, this mama would really love that Starbucks card. Yesterday I was in Target getting a baby gift for a friend and spilled my entire drink in the baby section. It even got on a onesie that was hanging up. I was so embarrassed!
