Breakfast
+ Egg Scramble with leftover bell peppers and onion topped with parmigiano reggiano with a side of mango and oranges
+ Lemon Water
+ Coffee with local raw cream + coconut sugar + scoop of collagen
+ Daily Calming Spray
+ Ginseng

+ Mineral Tea
2 TBS red raspberry leaf
2 TBS oatstraw
2 TBS nettle leaf
1 TBS hibiscus

Lunch
+ Chicken Siete Wrap (Siete Tortilla I found mine at Whole Foods!)
with more leftover bell peppers and onions
fresh local cherry tomatoes
arugula
Mozzarella from Trader Joes
Avocado
Drizzle of balsamic glaze (Costco but can find at TJ too!)
side of blackberry and blueberries

+ Adrenal Cocktail recipe
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp salt

+ Snack
1 cup greek yogurt
1 banana
drizzle of date syrup

Dinner
+ Mango Shrimp Bowls
Cooked wild-caught red shrimp from Costco in ghee, with paprika, chili powder, and garlic + salt and pepper
Bone broth rice (1 cup rice to 2 cups bone broth)
Top with avocado, mango, lime, cilantro, hot sauce,

+ A gf brownie! Ok these were actually disappointing because they were a little dry and hurt my stomach lol 🙁
