What I eat in a day // Oil-free HUMMUS // wfpb, simple vegan meals

Potato Ranch
1 steamed russet potato with or without skin
1/4 block firm tofu
1 clove garlic
1 tsp miso paste
1 sheet Nori or 1 tsp dulse (optional)
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 T lemon juice
2 T Apple cider vinegar
1 T nutritional yeast
1 T dill
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 -1 1/2 cups water

Blend all ingredients and add salt/pepper to taste.
