  1. 💚💚💚 I was wondering when you first started your fitness journey did your body ever feel sick from eating really bad and then going to healthy foods. Every time I try to eat healthy my body feels sick for about 3-5 days because it is used to so much carbs and sugar. So I might be going through a sugar withdraw or carb withdraw. Any tips for avoiding this feeling??? Love your videos your the best 💚💚💚

  2. That lasagna looks sooo good! If you want another healthy recipe, I make a 🔥 healthy veggie lasagna with peppers, onions, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, or whatever veggies you have. I also use no-boil whole wheat lasagna noodles which makes it easier and faster! Add some crushed pepper for kick and it’s 10/10 😋
