  1. Omg that chicken looks delicious! What a great way to season the meat all sided without having to touch it lol I swear I am that weird person…great video! Can't wait to try the I've cream bars! Oh try Aidells chicken sausage at Costco. U get 3lbs vs 1 lb at Walmart or grocery stores and it's like getting so much free. The others have 12 oz where Costco gives 3 pks of 16oz for basically the same price! It's been on sale but freezes well..I eat it by itself..on salads ..wraps etc..they have an apple 🍎 one and pineapple 🍍 bacon 🥓 which is my favorite one. It's 1 link=210 cal ..8 net carbs..all natural ingredients..non gmo ..no hormones..no msg..they sell smaller ones where 2 links = 100 calories and 3 net carbs but the Costco ones are pretty substantial for 1 person and will fill u up..they hv lots of flavors..esp if u like spicy like Jalapeño and cheddar and a Cajun one Andouille pronounced an do ee lol

  2. Premier protein is good & so is Walmart brand….I love avocados 🥑 so ty for the tip. I'm working w a nutritionist and keep track of my meals on my fitness pal…I add a tablespoon of salsa w my eggs sometimes its so good and I make salsa chicken in the crockpot..so easy and u can use it for so many things. I always take my wraps and sear it on each side it tastes better that way..or for breakfast take scrambled eggs. Cheese and a protein and either mk a wrap or eat by itself w a tad bit of salsa

  3. New to your channel. Wanted to share my fave protein powder is Equip Foods Prime Protein powder. The chocolate taste like a frosty from Wendy's. Ships to my door. 3 ingredients grass-fed beef protein, cocoa powder, stevia. 100 calories, 2g total carbs. The unflavored is just grass-fed beef protein. Other flavors have more ingredients. Hope that helps 😘

My first time watching your channel you're so sweetheart and your kids are so adorable I have the same air fryer you have and I love it but anyway thank you for sharing your keto meals you impact me a lot of things to buy at Sam's club I don't have Costco card but I'm pretty sure Sam has some desserts there and ice cream keto friendly hopefully this sticks with me and you're doing such a great job and showing people what keto meals are delicious thank you

  5. Love this kind of video! I really enjoy your video so much.. I am just restarting Keto/low carb today so your videos give me great meal ideas. What time do you usually have your dessert after dinner? Gotta have dessert. LOL.. I love that you include the times you eat. I have never been able to do intermitant fasting in the past. It makes me get a headache. I am so glad to see that you do not have to go a long period of time in the morning before you eat. That works so much better for me.

  6. I find the more I restrict, the less I tolerate. I was able to eat the low carb tortillas and dirty keto foods but once I cut them out its like I can't include them ever again or I will gain ungodly amounts. Now I am in hell. This whole video looked like a cheat day. so good.

  7. You have inspired me to try keto again…. I was on keto for 7 months lost a ton and have since stained it all back (it’s been 2 years). Binge eating disorder sucks 😕 i have to say while I do love seeing your adorable family, these quick to the point meal videos are my favorite 💕

  8. Ugh, read the ingredients on those breakie sandwiches. Sunflower oil, "natural flavors" , etc. Go to Dr. Berg's YT channel and get educated on the science and healthy keto. Most of the "keto" labeled stuff out there is not healthy and will limit weight loss because just limiting carbs is a small part of keto. You need to get the right nutrition and have proper eating habits.

  9. I love that Montreal Chicken seasoning! I use it to season a raw broccoli & cauliflower salad that I make. (Finely chopped raw broccoli & cauliflower, shredded cheddar cheese, mayo, roasted sunflower seeds, and seasoning 🥰)
