as always, this is not dietary advice! Over the last 6 months or so I have lost about 10kg and this is just giving a little tiny insight into what I am eating! Every day looks different tho 🙂

tomato salad:
• cherry tomatoes (about as many as you like)
• 1/2 an onion (can be swapped with spring onions or shallots)
• salt
• juice of 1/2 a lemon
• aceto balsamico (balsamic vinegar)

•125g wheat flour
•80g ground almonds
•70g sugar
cake batter:
•250g butter
•180g sugar
•4 eggs
•400g wheat flour
•2 tsp baking powder
•1 splash of salt
•120ml milk

  2. Hallo Anna ich hab mal eine Frage , du hast doch schon immer Sport gemacht und dich gesund ernährt was hast du verändert um soviel Gewicht zu verlieren?
    Ich mache Home Workouts mit Olivia Lawson und das ca.5- 6 mal die Woche und tracke 80 % meiner Woche mein Essen auf 1500kcal .ernähre mich gesund aber 1- 2mal die Woche esse ich auch von draußen oder gehe was essen.

    Ich nehme einfach nicht ab .
    Ich bin 165cm groß und wiege 62,5kg
    Ich würde gern zurück auf mein Wohlfühlgewicht von 59kg.
    Ich weiß nicht was ich falsch mache.
    Vielleicht hast du ein paar Tipps .
    Gym gehe ich nicht habe 2 Kinder und das passt nicht in meinen Alltag.
