How are you? Drinking my morning matcha while typing this description today! I hope everyone had a wonderful week. How is everything going? f

In my latest Coffeetalk video I asked you guys if you wanted to see a video about periods, birth control etc and I think I never got so much feedback on a topic like that! I am planning on filming that today so if you have any questions about this topic in particular, please let me know!

I noticed I was getting little restless at home so we are maybe thinking to do a little staycation somewhere to get out of the apartment and get a fresh breath of air this weekend. I hope all of you are staying safe and healthy.

  1. The only way I have been able to get my sugar cravings and bingeing under control is with the ketogenic diet. I have lost 28 lbs since Dec. 20, 2020 with keto and intermittent fasting! I am still considered obese, so I still have a long way to go, but I already feel so much better. I gained over 100 lbs since I started taking medications for bipolar disorder. I was at a healthy weight before that, and I so want to get back to a weight where I can enjoy hiking with my family.
