Today I’m sharing what i eat in a day (vegan, plant-based, grain free) for balancing blood sugar! Blood sugar levels are regulated by insulin, a hormone! With PCOS it’s important to have balanced blood sugar levels because all hormones are connected and can get out of whack. I’ve been eating lower carb and higher amounts of fat in my diet. This way, I have less highs and lows during the day, my mood is better, and I’m not always thinking about snacking or sugar cravings!

  1. I need a FB group that follows an orthomolecular / natural health way of managing this life altering issue, unless someone knows of a group that can help me eliminate it. I'm losing my mind over here with this hypoglycemia… HALP!! (I could swear this hypoglycemia of mine came on after getting several "vak scenes" all together at one time. I was literally fine until I no sooner got those for college and within 24hrs, I found myself dealing with a hypo attack.) Sooooo frustrated with it all and I just want it gone. There has to be a natural way to manage this if not, eliminate it.

  5. I just recently subscribed to your channel. I'm vegan and a registered nurse, so I'm loving your videos. Would love to see a fridge/pantry tour. Also, I tend to overbuy each week to "stock up". Nothing ever goes to waste but it can sometimes be hard on the budget. Maybe an updated food budget video or how you curb your spending on groceries?
