3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 1/2 tbs chia seeds
1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
Splash vanilla extract
Big dash cinnamon
Any frozen fruit
(Mix together, let sit overnight, eat cold next day)
