Hey everyone! In todays video I’m showing you what i eat in a day that are healthy and realistic quickly meals. These are healthy and easy recipes. And gluten free. This realistic what I eat in a day will show you what I ate today as well as easy healthy meals for 2022. Healthy Nutella buy Fine and Raw
Cook salmon 15 minutes at 400F with coconut aminos
Short rib tacos:
3 oz tomato paste
1/4 tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1 lb short rib
Heat cast iron skillet to medium heat with a little avocado oil and add the onions. Cook until translucent. Add short rib and sear until
brown on each side (2-3 mins). Add seasonings, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours until it pulls apart 😍.
– 2 cups almond flour
– 2 cups tapioca flour
– 3/4 cup grass fed butter, must be cold.
– 2 eggs
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
MUST be chilled at least 5 hours, or overnight. Do not skip lol.
Note: this will make enough for 2 crusts, so you can freeze half.
Combine flours and butter in large food processor or blender until crumbly. Then add rest of crust ingredients and blend. Then separate in half and make into round disks, wrap and place in fridge.
– 2 cups blueberries or fruit of choice
– 1/4 cup coconut sugar (if keto can use monk fruit)
– 1/2 cup chopped pecans
– 1 tbsp tapioca flour
– Juice 1/2 lemon
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ginger (optional)
Combine everything for filling in a bowl and stir together until everything is distributed.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Roll out dough until 1/4 inch thick between two sheets of parchment paper.
Add filling to centre, leaving a 3 inch gap along the outer edge
Fold over the crust towards the filling
Brush with an egg yolk if desired for golden brown (recommended)
Slide the parchment paper onto baking sheet
Bake for 33 minutes.
Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing.
