  1. I make your gravy recipe often and have altered it a bit. I sauté diced mushrooms in the soy sauce and then add the slurry mix. Mashed potatoes = my favorite food on earth! Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to more What I Eat in a Day videos.

Hi I found an old note of when I was about 164 pounds and I think at some point I was joining one of your groups it's been so long and my brain is so tired but now I am 132 pounds and I am 5 foot six and almost 60 years old so I'm pretty happy I am actually working on eating more fresh fruits and more greens I still have a hard time getting the green veggies in my body. I loved the time I had with you and Derek in our group in the old days I also have hired Andrew Taylor spudfit for privates and hired other coaches for just like a one time session to learn more about eating foods that I find the most challenging so some of the rose coaches anyway thanks and gratitude and send you all love. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do I love my membership I have with you and Kiki it helps to keep me fresh and inspired.

  3. It sounds like a great program to offer people, wishing you lots of success! BUT….I'm a health and nutrition coach and am not legally allowed to create meal plans for my clients. Have you checked if you're allowed to do this in your state? Usually, meal plans are made either by dieticians or nutritionists only…just a thought, might want to look into 🙂
