DRESSING RECIPE:

Ingredients:
▻ 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
▻ 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
▻ 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
▻ 2 teaspoons dried oregano, minced
▻ 1 teaspoon honey (FOR VEGAN: sub with maple syrup or stevia – I use stevia since I’m on a no sugar diet)
▻ 2 small garlic cloves, minced
▻ 1/4 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
▻ 1/4 teaspoon salt
▻ some crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl

  1. Loved this video Sarah, I love to eat this way too! I've been eating a high fat low sugar diet for a little while now to keep my skin clear, I've even made a few videos like this too. I completely agree with what you said about making it easy! I'm defs going to try your cauliflower dinner idea, looks so yummy! I've subbed and can't wait for your next one ❤️
