  1. I would totally be interested in that series. I’m not vegan, but I was for a several years. I still enjoy plant based foods it’s still my primary go to way of eating. So I mean coming from a former vegan, I would totally be interested in that series. 🙌

  2. This is such a great video and great idea. I vanganize recipes all the time I am more of a savory person, but here are two recipes from my childhood -Every Easter my mother would make popovers and most recently my boyfriend recalled a Dutch Baby pancake. He is not vegan, but I would like to impress him. You are amazing BTW, Happy New Year

  3. It's cool that you know that whe something says "parve" on packages means there is no dairy! Part of our kosher laws is that we can't eat Milk and meat together. Parve means no meat or milk in ingredients. The symbol with the circle and the u in the middle means that the item is kosher. So I thought it was really neat that you knew what parve meant

  4. I’ve been doing plain yogurt and jam on my waffles ever since you mentioned it in a previous video, and it’s my favorite now! I absolutely love the idea of a series where you veganize family recipes for us! I actually made a family recipe book for my extended family this year. My great aunt and grandmother both passed away within the past year and a half, and it meant a lot to me to have their recipes saved all together. My next project is veganizing as many of them as I can.

  5. So kind of you to try to help veganize family favorites ❤ Those meals pull at your heart strings so feeling like you can't have them is tough. Great series 💡
I totally agree with you, let's focus on what we can add not what we're missing out on!

  6. Veganizing family recipes sounds really fun!
I’m going into my 3rd year of eating plant based and you keep me inspired and excited to eat healthy. I can’t express how valuable your videos are to me! I come for your pro tips, recipes, and exceptional knowledge, but stay for your polished content where you still manage to stay authentic, relatable, and engaged with us. Thank you so so much!! 💕

  7. More yummy 😋 recipes in Nicole's what she ate today video. Awesome food 👍 Thanks for the encouraging and comforting comment in the last video during the hard time me and mum have been going through but we'll support each other and get through it. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Nicole. The suggestion to veganise family non vegan recipes is a brilliant idea.

  8. I love all your videos but especially when you tell us what different ingredients can be used for. I often find a random ingredient in my pantry which I want to use up because it's been in there so long (looking at you, rice flour) and it's really nice to get inspiration for individual ingredients!
I'd be super interested to hear about your connection to Norway, have you spent time there? Do you speak the language? How are traditions and language passed on in the family? Tusen takk! 🥰

  9. If there's one thing I absolutely adore about you and your videos, it's definitely the sommelier-y take on any food you make and describe: the variety in textures, the flavor layers, the subtle aromas, the color nuances… it's almost like being there and being able to taste it! I just love your romanticizing style that infuses every video! <3
