  1. Jess, you are forever doing what works for you. So keep on evolving as what worked 2 years ago won't necessarily be working now. I follow Christina Oman and she has a protein priority plan, with higher carbs, even fruit. And loads of her clients are dropping weight incredibly. So, let's just do what works?

  3. I sauted carrots, celery, mushrooms and onions with chicken breast in avocado oil. Added one tablespoon of oyster sauce, about a quarter teaspoon of sesame oil, low sodium soy sauce, about 1/2 cup of chicken broth, splash of white wine, and thickened it with xanthan gum. Delish! Yes the oyster sauce isn't the most healthy, does have a little bit of sugar but one tablespoon in the entire dish is not that bad. Plus carrots are good to balance female hormones!

  4. general tsao is good for asian tacos!. 1 bag broccoslaw, stir fried with coconut oil, add shredded meat of choice or shrimp. stir in bottled sauce lightly. Serve on either low carb tortilla or home-made low carb taco/tortilla, pancake( True Mu-shoo is asian pancake with green onion and/or chives) Top with dripple of Siracha and bam …. so very good.

  5. Great.. What you are now doing (exercise and eating healthy with moderate carbs ) is so smart, and probably longer term sustainable. I’m so happy you aren’t doing what you said you were going to do two videos ago – going to totally commit to the pure Keto lifestyle. PS, you are certainly allowed to change your mind! So very smart … moderate carbs, very low sugar and processed foods, with exercise!!

  6. I LOVE your videos! This was great! I also subscribe to your train of thought about certain foods like carrots. You can still stay low carb and have a few of those veggies. I also make chili with beans, but instead of putting in 2 cans of beans I put in 1, its still low carb. We've got to make it work for our life and our HEALTH, and I love that that's what you do. You inspire me to keep going and doing what makes me healthy!!
