The fact that people associate "lower in carbs and higher in protein" with "a balanced meal" makes me sick. Most cereals are made primarily of whole grains. Even the ones that are "sugary junk"

Omg I had such high hopes when I tried Catalina Crunch (I have only tried the cinnamon toast crunch) …to me it was like eating styrofoam….horrible horrible. Please someone tell me if a different flavour tastes better
