  1. You seem like you’re wanting meat and dairy, looking at your meals. I think your body is craving it, because plants don’t have over 15 micronutrients found in meat. Veganism is malnutrition, as an ex-vegan. I would advise you to quit.

  2. Too much protein can be hard on the kidneys. We don't need to be hyper-aware of how much we consume. Even lettuce has protein. The less protein, the better. We need to focus on hydration and fiber sis. I'm happy you're vegan, BUT we have to stop pushing the protein myth.
