What Happens To Body When You Go Plant Based! After 1 Hour, 1 Day, 1 Week!

I came across this brilliant article on the beet.com on what happens to our bodies when we go plant based and so I thought I would expound on this further and dig into the research! So according to the medical literature here’s what can happen top your body after 1 Hour, 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month and 1 Year after switching to a whole food plant based diet!

  1. Okay I get the whole what happens to your body when you go plant-based after a day or a week but to put after 1 hour is really asinine and makes you look completely unprofessional and stupid. Sorry no other way to put it. If I want to go have vegetables for an hour and see how I feel an hour afterwards that's not really the digestion of what happens to my body when I go plant-based. Going plant-based for 1 hour is something that most people can do daily it's called have lunch and make sure that you don't have any protein with it for instance.

So if you truly want to be taken seriously at any point I would say it should be what happens to body when you go plant-based after a day, a week a month a year. You know where you have empirical data not one hours worth of data from eating vegetables and not eating meat for 1 hour.

Is my common sense, or logic flawed? Please explain.

  2. My roommate and I started the plant based, vegan lifestyle, two weeks ago on Saturday!!!
Our objectives are better health, and weight loss and are sympathetic to animal cruelty..
We tend to eat some pasta, and other breads(vegan)…
I’m wondering after two weeks, if you normally see obvious weight loss???

  3. I have a transplanted kidney. My doc orders a special blood test every 2 years to catch rejection before it gets too bad. My number on that test in June 2021 was too high, indicating a need for possible biopsy. I'd been vegetarian for about 6 months to lose weight, but I went hard-core plant based in June and a repeat test in August 2021 shows a dramatic drop in the need for a biopsy. I'm convinced it's my diet and I know that a repeat test in December will be even better. I am so grateful to Drs Esselstyn et al for promoting this information! Life-changing!!!

  4. I love being Vegan!
Not only because of the food but my body feels amazing! M
Mostly my stomach, I’ve notice I’d get bloated and diarrhea when I’d ear meat or diary.
The. I stopped diary and again bloated and diarrhea no to mention depression and anxiety, also I had psoriasis.
Now as vegan that went away my psoriasis is gone, no more bloating I also noticed I didn’t get sick at all anymore, or even season allergies is crazy !!!!
And I love it, love your body and listen to your body too

  5. I'm an addict and must say as of 8 vegan drinks tonight, and 4 days of a vegan diet, I am handling my alcohol well! Holy crap! I feel like my addiction may actually fade out with this diet. I'm beyond excited to see my results. We need to make this woe possible for all herbivorous people. We must make this possible. No more starving children, no more starving animals. Please, go vegan. Please, no matter if you believe whatever you do. Do it for the starving children in Yemen and other developing nations. Don't let them starve for your craving for meat. Going vegan can allow these children to have their potatoes and veggies. Please, dear effing god, have some empathy, PLEASE.

  6. Tried a vegan diet for a week it went so well than I decieded to have 1 last meat meal before going long term threw up after 1 bite and cried while trying to cook fish what is the meaning of this? Feels like once you start you can’t go back 😳

  7. Omg I simply love this article.. just popped up on my screen today as I was watching YT and had waited to create my post today on the #BalancedDiabeticLifestyle page on Facebook having been diagnosed with it myself just about 3 months ago. A strong belief in natural Alternatives.. having lowered my 204 cholesterol (down to 114) & triglycerides of 222 down 145 almost 100 points in less than 3 months. And a doctor who refused to allow me to take a new cholesterol test after 3 months, telling me.. I could not make any significant change in less than 6 months.. proving her wrong… YES!! This is just what I needed, as I have been looking for information that supports my own ideas and real stats that actually prove and support my love of eating a high organic veggie, fiber, and plant-based protein diet.. thank you for sharing : )

  8. After switching to a vegan diet a lot of my issues went away. GI troubles, leg swelling, etc. My doctors are very supportive of my change. Not one has told me to stop. They in fact encourage it more. This was a shock since I'm in Texas, US. land of high medical costs. This is something I can actually stick too, not like the Keto diet. Being on Keto didn't work for my body make up bc of the food allergies to meat and dairy I developed and didn't know it. Vegan diet is helping me lose weight on a healthier level. Losing on a legitimate progression.

  9. Stop eating food from the box, πŸŒπŸ•πŸŸπŸ₯žπŸ§€πŸ–πŸ₯¨πŸ₯–πŸ₯©πŸ—πŸ₯“πŸ”πŸš«πŸš«πŸš«πŸš«

Eat food that comes from the earth.πŸŒ±πŸ‡πŸŽπŸπŸπŸŠπŸ‰πŸ₯₯πŸ₯‘πŸ„βœ…βœ…βœ…βœ…

  10. Some people say that the Government doesn't endorse plant based diets to cure all this health issues because there is no profit in plant based.

It's more because they want you to die sooner so that they can indoctrinate the next generation without barriers from the wiser elderly.

  11. I totally agree with a plant-base way of life! I totally disagree with discussing such information with your doctor (unless he|she into it plant-base) you be surprise how ignorant they are when it comes to diet. And yes even specialist, their training is pushing drugs. But I know you have to say something like that … to protect yourself from attorneys. So you still get a thumbs up!

So if you talk to your doctor and he|she don't like what they hear … firer them! For 15 years I followed their advise to the point I wanted to die … then I came across plant-base researching it … etc. I was amazed at how fast I healed, how fast I loss weight, and no longer taking the drugs these stupid doctors pass out like their candy.

Tip: vegetarian diet is not the same as Plant-base … know the difference.
