I simply do not understand how people who live busy lifestyles can be vegans. There seems to be soo much prep involved and it seems difficult.

Literally every recipe looked bomb, I appreciate the mock meats as someone who is trying to transition to a more plant based lifestyle it helps to see him integrate alternatives for when you crave a meat flavour or staple. What I really appreciate is that these all weren't tofu based because I have to watch my soy intake and there was something from each chef that I could recreate myself. Need that almond ricotta immediately!

I enjoy being an omnivore, some days I’ll enjoy just simple eating grass fed organic meats where the animals are treated cruelty free, and other days I’ll enjoy some nice vegan dishes to get rich antioxidants and vitamins through plant based meals. Kudos to both chefs for making something absolutely tasty 😋

I don’t think the amateur vegan is bad but it would be soo much better if he made maybe 1 menu without it. Because he’s the most relatable for ppl transitioning plus mock meat is not in all countries

Why is using the vegan meat any different from using vegan sour cream and fake cheese and vegan ricotta? The thing I would say is the fake meat products tend to have a lot of sodium.
