  1. Nothing wrong with a vegan diet for a child as long as they are getting their nutrients. No one bats an eye at parents who “force” their meat eating habits on their kids, so why when vegans/vegetarian do the same thing?- notice how the word force is in quotation marks. It’s not a jab at anyone for their dietary choices, just to use the same verbiage to show how ridiculous it sounds when used for the default diet.

  2. I am raising my 9 month old baby as a vegetarian/vegan and I love the recipes this baby is eating. The only thing I am a bit unsure about is the salt that is added. I was under the impression baby's could not have salt because their kidneys cannot handle it? Am I wrong about that?
