    Pre-heat Oven 325 Degrees F

    8 Servings

    Bun Ingredients:

    1 and 1/2 Cup water

    120 G Egg White Protein Powder

    1/2 tsp Redmond Real Salt or Pink Himalayan

    1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar

    1 TBSP Allulose

    1 Tbsp Beef Gelatin

    1/2 tsp salt

    1 Tbsp Egg Yolk Powder (Eggylicious Brand)

    1 Tbsp Butter Powder (Anthony’s Premium Buter Powder Brand)

    1 Tbsp Buttermilk Powder (Judee’s Brand)

    1 TBSP Nutritional Yeast

    1/4 tsp onion powder or granules

    1/4 tsp garlic powder or granules

    1/4 tsp Redmond Taco Seasoning Salt

    Meat Ingredients:

    1 lb ground meat, cooked (beef, Bison, pork, chicken, turkey etc.)

    7oz Herdez Salsa Casera (or your favorite Mexican salsa)

    1/4 tsp Redmond Taco Season salt

    Mix all of the meat ingredients together and set aside.

    Directions:

    Add water first, then add the gelatin, salt, allulose, cream of tartar and egg white protein powder to the mixing bowl and beat in high until you have stiff peaks for about 7 to 10 minutes.

    In a separate bowl add in the egg yolk powder, butter powder, buttermilk powder, Onion powder, garlic powder, season salt and nutritional yeast then mix well and set aside.

    Once you have stiff peaks turn the mixer on to low setting then add the rest of the dry ingredients slowly then blend until incorporated. Do not over beat

    In a well sprayed bun pan, fill each hole 1/2 full of dough then make a well into each one, then fill with meat mixture them cover with more dough.

    Cook at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes checking to see if they are done (each oven is different so check on them so that you don’t overcook)

    Remove the buns from oven and allow to cool for 8 – 10 minutes.

    Remove the buns carefully from the pan and place them onto a cooling rack.

    Macros: 4 Total Carbs/ 6g fat/ 25g Protein

  3. Those buns look awesome! Can't wait to make these. I love Harry's bday gift! He'll enjoy trying different marinades and rubs for the meats. Doing psmf will be much more favorable!! My husband recently smoked venison tenderloin and it was delicious!! Now all Harry needs is a Master Griller apron 😅

  4. There's a different brand of grass-fed beef gelatin that I'd love to let people know about… to NOT BUY IT !!! …. because the price shown per ounce is misleading! It shows as .50 an ounce but it's actually like 1.15! I made the mistake of ordering this based on the per ounce price! Will get Zint from now on!! This misleading product brand is "Hearthy". I wrote a negative review and saw lots and lots of them… for years now! I even called Amazon to complain but that was months ago and it still hasn't been corrected.

I really enjoyed watching you make fill and then top those buns… While you were making your bread batter I remember thinking preheat your oven preheat your oven I hope she remembered to preheat her oven and then when you were putting them in the oven and you realize you forgot to preheat it I'm hoping that it's going to be all right and it is.
