  1. Oil in moderation is really good for health, infact its necessary for our body, coconut is too good fir health as well. This lady ramya is doing too much for oil n all… She is from a proper brahmin family, if she follows the brahmin tradition foid, its more than enough to stay healthy n fit with exercise.
