  1. Hey Emmie! I've got a question: So the whole starch diet is going well but after every meal I crave yogurt or something milky. The problem is all the vegan option I found have a lot of fat. I used to eat fat free cottage cheese or quark which helped so much with weight loss. I am now looking for a vegan alternative, do you have any suggestion what to do?

  2. I downloaded your soup recipe book. I look forward to trying all of the soups. My question is about the dried lentils. You used red lentils in the video but in the recipe book it doesn’t specify what type of lentils to use. As you mentioned the red lentils make the soup creamy. But using the green lentils will give a different result. I also wanted to ask about the soups with pumpkin in the title. You used butternut squash instead of pumpkin. Was there a reason for that?
