This is the perfect meal supplement that makes about 12 containers of soup for your week! It’s all vegetable based but tastes great with cut up chicken breast as well!

Ingredients:
5 large carrots
6 sticks of celery
1 zucchini
1 squash
1/2 chopped onion
Olive Oil
1 bag of pre sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup of butter
2 cans of HUNTS diced tomatoes
1 bag of frozen chopped Green Beans
1 bag of frozen Peas
32 oz Organic Vegetable Broth
32 oz Organic Bone Broth (can be supplemented for another Veggie Broth)
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon of Thyme
3 Bay Leaves
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (add more for spicier soup)
Salt and Pepper to taste!
