Namkeen daliya helps you to lose weight easily because it is high in fibre
Ingredients
Daliya 100g
Onion 35g
Tomato 30g
Capsicum 100g
French beans 30g
Potato 50g
oil 5g
cumin 1tsp
salt as per taste
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 2tsp
water 500ml
Procedure
Add oil in the cooker. Add cumin and add chopped onion roast for 2-3 min. Now add chopped tomato cook for 2-3 min. Now add all the chopped vegetables. Add daliya and all the spices. Add water and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. Serve it hot 🤤
Daliya has anti inflammatory properties and is good for constipation problems. It works as a natural laxative.
