Hello friends, today I am sharing with you a weight loss recipe, it is holi special recipe. During holi we usually eat thandi or kheer, but you know it contains is a high calorie. So, friends, today I am sharing with you a healthy dessert to lose weight, we can call it as weight loss sugar-free kheer also. Even this recipe is suitable for those who are doing fasting. As well as to make this recipe Sugar free I didn’t add any sugar or jaggery instead of it I added dates to it. As we all know dates are rich in fiber and they contain natural sweets, which helps to give a good taste to the weight loss kheer. So friends, today I am here with makhana kheer recipe, it is a low-calorie recipe in single-serving will get 177 calories only. Healthy Dessert to lose weight (Makhana kheer)
Cooking time-10 min
1-Makhana (fox nut)-20g
5-Elachi powder(cardamon)-2 pinches
1-Take a pan add makhana and dry roast it.
2-Keep it aside to cool down.
3-After that take ¾ portion of roasted makhana and grind it. Remaining will keep for dressing.
4-Take the same pan add ½ tsp ghee to it.
5-Chop almonds into small pieces, fry it.
6-Once it done take it out in a bowl.
7-in the same pan add 1 glass milk, add makhana powder and mix well.
8-Cook for 2-3 min in slow flame only.
9-Dessed the dates, add water and soak it for 5 min, then grind it as fine paste.
10-Once milk starts becoming thick add fried almond, dates paste, elachi powder, and kesar.
11-Mix well switch off the flame.
12-Once it cools down, keep it in fridge for 1-2 hours.
13-Our Healthy dessert for weight loss is ready to serve.
14-Garish with roasted makhana and serve it.
