  1. Wow, so many ways to boil eggs! My favorite tried and true method is: cover 10-12 eggs with cold water in 4 Qt. saucepan. Cover with lid and bring to rolling boil. Now, turn the heat off and let the eggs sit in the hot water [covered with lid] for exactly 30 minutes. Use the ice bath method to make peeling effortless. Also, I was wondering if you've heard anything about the Erithrytol controversy that is all over the internet? They're saying it can lead to thickening blood platelets; possibly causing stroke or heart attacks. I don't know what to think! The video I watched was by Dr. Berry.

  2. I have a dash egg cooker. You can boil eggs, make omelets or poached. For boiled eggs, you put your eggs in the cooker and you pour in the proper amount of water for whether you want them to be hard boiled, soft boil or medium. Turn it on and let it go. It plays nice little music like the ice cream truck when it’s done and you take them out and put them in cold water. I got chocolate mint chips from choc zero that are so good. I actually love everything I have gotten from choc zero so far. I like easy prep too. And I love your easy meal and dessert preps. ❤

  3. Cold water covering any amount of eggs. Cover pot with lid and put on stove between medium high and high. Immediately set timer for 24 minutes. You don't need to lift the lid or babysit the pot, though you want to make sure you use an adequate sized pot so the water doesn't boil over. When timer goes off, remove pot from stove, dump out hot water, and start running cold water into the pot to cook the eggs. Once cool enough to handle, start peeling. This works for me 100% of the time and it's no fuss, which is what I like AND usually the eggs peel very nicely. Let me know if you try this method.
