  1. I am addicted to ur chaffles. I even bought 2 mini dash chaffle makers. It just me. Love ur chaffle recipe even the one with xanthan gum. It's more bread like. Depends on what i am eating with them. Thank you, Thank you. I have been able to get back on keto. Full time ty

  2. We get the big jars of Rao’s at Costco. After opening the jar I freeze it in 1/2 cup cubes (silicone mold). We also make our own chicken broth and freeze it in 1/2 cup cubes, too. A quick lunch for me is a bowl of this soup (melt 1 cube of each in a pot, add cream, eat it with one or two of your chaffles.) YUMMY! If I have any Parmesan rinds I add them to the soup for more umami flavor.

So nice to have as a hot lunch on a cold day!

  3. Have you done any videos about fast food options that are low carb? I get tired of only being able to get salads in the drive thru. I have gotten the Arby’s Greek gyro without the pita bread a couple of times, but would like more ideas. Thanks!

  4. looks amazing! I haven't ever tried to make the tomato soup, the Rao's sauce is pretty expensive here in Canada and can be harder to find, at least in my area. I will watch for it though, because using about a fifth of it to make soup would still be pretty economical, especially as compared to eating out (not at Panera, which we also don't have where I live, but somewhere like it lol). Thanks!
